Everything you need to know before your escape room adventure at Trapped.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend evenings. Peak times fill up quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better chance you have of securing your preferred date and time slot.
Yes! You’re welcome to bring a birthday cake. Our All Inclusive package also includes customizable food platters. For outside catering or special food arrangements, please discuss with our events team when booking.
Our packages are designed for groups of 6 or more. If your group is smaller, we can still accommodate you — just get in touch and we’ll work something out that fits your crew.
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods.
Cancellations made 7+ days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are eligible for a credit toward a future booking. No-shows forfeit the deposit. We always try to be flexible — just reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
