FREQUENTLY ASKED

Yes! Our rooms accommodate 2–10 players per session, and our lounge can host groups of up to 60 for private events. For larger parties, our All Inclusive or Venue Buyout packages are ideal. Just reach out and we’ll tailor something to your headcount.
We recommend at least 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly for Fridays and Saturdays. Weekdays tend to have more availability. Popular dates — especially around holidays — can fill up months ahead, so the earlier the better.
Absolutely — outside cakes and small snacks are welcome. Our All Inclusive and Venue Buyout packages include customizable food platters. If you have specific catering needs, let our events team know and we’ll work it out.
Cancellations 7+ days before your event receive a full refund. Within 7 days, we’ll issue a credit toward a future booking. No-shows forfeit the deposit. We understand things come up — just get in touch as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes — corporate bookings are one of our specialties. Team-building escape rooms, cocktail receptions, and full venue buyouts are all available. We can customize branding, theming, and activities to match your company culture. Reach out for a corporate quote.
Most packages can be personalized with custom décor, themed cocktail menus, branded materials, and specific room combinations. The All Inclusive and Premium packages offer the most flexibility. Talk to our events team when booking to discuss what’s possible.
